Return to Center 2.0: Resourcing the Self for Well-Being in These Times

This retreat is an opportunity to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself and others, and deepen your presence-based practices. Led by Bebe Hansen and Sarah Halley, our time together will blend favorite practices with new and cutting-edge teachings designed to meet the current complexity we find ourselves living in.

It’s not enough to just care. Many of us are asking what can I do right now, how can I resource myself to be a force for change? How can I attend to what I care about and what’s needed right now? How can I hold the biggest possible picture of what’s occurring in my world? The leverage point for change is the present moment, staying present with our compassion and humanity intact, rather than getting pulled out of the moment into distraction, denial, or hopelessness. We always have a choice. We can take skillful and aligned action from a grounded and centered nervous system organized around what truly matters. Now more than ever we need to lean into our PBC community – so we can give and receive support from each other, within this work, on/with the land. You are invited to be a part of this gathering.

Why Join Us?

In a world that constantly pulls at our attention, we need intentional spaces to reset and renew.

This retreat is designed to:

  • Resource ourselves – Cultivate the resilience and clarity needed to fully show up for ourselves and those we support.
  • Share and explore – Engage in practices, perspectives, and insights that strengthen self-care and sustainability.
  • Reconnect – Experience the nourishment of community and the shared values that ground our work.
  • Deepen our development – Align our coaching and leadership with what matters most in these changing times.

Whether you’re looking to replenish your energy, reconnect with fellow alumni, or deepen your personal and professional presence, this is a space to do just that.

We’d love for you to be part of it.

This retreat will include:

  • Refining and clarifying our values
  • Stretching our sense-making to include new ways of seeing so we can inhabit a bigger picture of the complexity in which we are living
  • Understanding and working with grief as an essential part of growth
  • Practicing Peer Support Coaching
  • Time for creative play, exploration and movement
  • Dedicated time during the gathering for members of our community to share a practice or resource that they have found helpful as a coach

You will also receive:

  • Plenty of reflection and community time
  • Activities on and with the land
  • The chance to fully engage and network with a group of fellow PBC Alumni
  • Delicious, organic food prepared on-site
  • ICF CCEs – Pending ICF approval
