PBC Cares is pro bono coaching program. Its purpose is simple: To match willing certified Presence-Based Coaches with leaders who need some additional support right now. Our Presence-Based Coaches are especially well-equipped to bring forward coaching Presence and our PBC methodology in service of supporting leaders to manage complexity, uncertainty, drastic change, and emotional stress – all of which are in abundance right now. I am a Mentor Coach for Presence-Based Coaching and am lucky enough to teach coaching, to mentor coaches and to COACH! I’ve been coaching since 2007 and bring loads of experience and training with me, along with a caring and at times playful presence to serve you and what’s important to you. I’ve coached hundreds of people and work primarily with women leaders, women creatives and women starting a new chapter of life. (And a few brave men!) My clients generally have created much good in their personal or professional lives but currently feel stuck and aren’t able to move through it with their usual methods.
